With the Spring coming soon, we enter a new season. Spring is the season of birth and growth. The plants and animals are busy outside, awakening from their Winter slumber. Naturally, we can follow suit. It is a good time for us to shake off the Winter blues and get excited about the future.
During this workshop we want to build on healthy routines that balance your body, mind and spirit by following the seasons for a joyful and healthy life.
We invite you to join the interactive workshop in which we will connect Spring with yoga, meditation, a positive mindset and nutritious meals full of colour and energy.
